U.S. / International Shipping Rates:
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are variable based of quantity (weight) and shipping location and are calculated at check out.

International Shipping:
All international orders are FINAL. Shipping charges begin at $25.00 and can increase depending on the total weight of the item(s). Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees.

International Duties & Taxes:
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact Page with your Order Number and reason for return. You will receive an email with a Return Label to print and apply which will cover the return postage fee. 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the Contact Page.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items for sizing or if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, initiate a Return Label as listed above.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
